AHCSO respects your ability to make informed choices about the collection and uses of your personal
information. We recognize the privacy of individuals with respect to their personal information.
As such, we have developed the following privacy policy:

What Information Do We Collect and Why?

The information we receive from you, for membership helps us to identify you and ensure that only you
have access to private information pertaining to your membership. This information is taken to protect you
with us and to allow us to respond to inquires, questions and comments with ease. Other information we
collect such as your name, car details and e-mail address are used to identify you and helps us serve you
better. Our website automatically collects other information such as your IP address, if you are a registered
user or not, and navigational information. This is strictly to monitor site performance and to allow us to
respond to a request/inquiry you may have sent. Our website does not provide e-mail addresses, name
or any other personal information except to the Executive to keep track of membership. No credit card
transactions are done through our website.

When Is This Information Obtained?

Information is obtained during membership registration and/or during preliminary stages of the service
you request of us.

How Do We Use the Information We Collect?

Any information AHCSO collects from you is only collected to help us better serve you and do our job.
We never distribute information to third parties unless a third party is needed to further process your order
or request. Confidentiality is very important to us. If we wish to use this information for any other purpose
than listed in this policy, we must and will obtain your further consent.

The information that we collect that is both general and specific will be shared between the Executive
Officers in our organization to perform the activities you've requested. In addition, individual data will be
used to understand membership trends and requirements so that we can continue to provide a service
that makes it easier for you to be a member with us.

How Do We Ensure Your Information is Protected?

We have safeguards in place to ensure your personal information is protected. Our files pertaining to
membership reside with our membership Officer.
